The KYB Factory Kit fork is a cartridge fork closed on both sides, each with a spring. The fork is used by many world championship teams in motocross and supercross. The KYB Kit fork has very precise and very well adjustable damping. A very good response of the fork is achieved by black DLC coated dip tubes, all internal components are also coated and thus internal friction is reduced to a minimum. The outer tubes are Kashima coated and the fork feet are CNC milled for exact precision and torsional rigidity. Another advantage of the fork is a special spring support which makes the fork more progressive at the end of the travel for a softer landing.
The KYB Kit Factory suspensions are assembled and tuned specifically to order. When ordering, we need the driver's weight, driver's speed, the desired setup (more soft, more hard, good response, high penetration reserves)
The undercarriages are assembled after ordering and the delivery time is approx. 14 days. A return for the custom-made product is excluded.
